Consultation & Cancellation Policy

The 30-minute design consultation costs $29 USD and must be paid during booking.
Customers may reschedule by providing at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments and cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled meeting are non-refundable.
If Nimalann Design Services cancels the meeting, the consultation fee will be refunded to the original payment method.
If a project is awarded to Nimalann Design Services within 30 days after the consultation, the $29 consultation fee will be credited once toward that project. The credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with another consultation credit.
Refunds are processed through the original payment provider and may take several business days to appear.
